The town of Torri del Benaco is readily identifiable for its towers and pinnacles of the castle reflecting in the Garda Lake . The tranquil town shore appeals to visitors due its timeless romantic charm. The town's name derives from the Roman period, when it was called "Castrum turrium" meaning "Tower fortress".

Bardolino is an important holiday resort at the centre of the Olive Riviera with extensive beaches. It is famous the world over for its "Bardolino" ruby red wine and rosé produced from the vineyards of the surrounding hills.
